All products are shipped UPS ground. We also ship next day, 2nd day, and 3 day select if requested.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Exact shipping costs will be e-mailed
to you when the order is shipped. Please call or e-mail us if exact
amount is needed before shipment.

WARRANTIES
All the products on our website should be free of defects in material and workmanship and perform the work for which they were designed.
If upon examination or first use the product is found to be defective, contact us with details. Items which have been abused or used for work for which they where not intended will not be replaced or credited. Merchandise cannot be returned for credit without written authorization to do so.
RETURNS
All returns must have a return authorization number. All returns must be
shipped prepaid and be in unused and resalable condition in original packaging.
Please make sure you carefully package the merchandise to avoid damage during
shipping. We do not accept collect or COD shipments. Any items we authorize to
be returned should be via the currier we specify. We reserve the right to charge
a restocking fee of 15 percent. Items made to your specifications are not
returnable. Returns will be credited in the same manner as they were paid. No
returns will be accepted after 5 business days.
GENERAL
The products on our website were selected for used by technicians and craftsmen in professional repair and maintenance shops, laboratories and manufacturing facilities. Some of the products, particularly solutions and compounds, may be considered hazardous if used, stored or disposed of improperly. These products are intended for professionals and Federal law prohibits the use of some of them in the home.
Identification may be required to ascertain whether a buyer is qualified as a professional.
